Eastern Alpine Fire is an all-hazard, BLS, volunteer department serving the needs of Alpine County CA.
- Structure and wildland fire suppression

Eastern Alpine Fire is always looking for new, enthusiastic volunteer responders.
To become an Eastern Alpine Volunteer Firefighter
- Come hang out with us at 60 Diamond Valley Rd. the first 4 Wednesdays of the month at 5:30 pm. We'll share a meal and train. Once you've interviewed with the leadership and chief, you may be invited to formally join the department and start the onboarding process.
- Along with the submission of a volunteer application, candidates are subject to a clean DMV record, a Live Scan and background checks, and a medical physical including passing a respirator test.
Eastern Alpine Fire District has a non-profit (5013c) that supports its members.

- Community Outreach
